A. For Name Approval in LLP registration:

a. Proposed names (at least 2)

b. Reason behind choosing the name

c. Proposed business activities

B. For LLP registration at MCA:

a. Entity Docs:

i. Proof of Office address along with NOC/ Rent Agreement (if any)

ii. Copy of the utility bills (not older than 2 months)

iii. LLP Agreement

b. Partner Docs: (required for all Promoters whether Designated partner or not)

i. Photo

ii. Proof of identity (PAN, Aadhaar, DL, Voters Card etc)

iii. Residential Proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Utility Bills, Bank passbook 1st page etc)

iv. Specimen Signature (on white paper)

v. Note:

Address proof (Utility Bills, bank statements not older than 2 months)
PAN & Aadhaar (mandatory)
Passport (mandatory if available)

c. Other Requirements:

i. LLP Email ID (compulsory to be unique)

ii. LLP Phone (compulsory to be unique)

iii. Proposed Nature of business

iv. Whether GST registration required?

v. Capital to be contributed details - for all partners

vi. Last filed Form DIR-3 for all partners (if not available, the below details required)

vii.Details of Promoters:

Name	Fathers Name	Date of Birth	Address
E-mail ID	Phone Number	Residential Status	Occupation
Duration of Stay at present address	Place of birth	Education qualification

viii. Digital Signature Certificate of Promoters

ix. Partnership profit sharing details and validity of firm (whether for a fixed period or perpetual?)
