3. Mobile number, email id registered with Aadhar and Tax portal
4. Bank statements (existing + discontinued) for entire financial year (FY21-22)
B. Personal Investments and Insurances
5. FD receipts and interest certificates
6. All Insurance (Life + Health + Term) Premium receipts for the financial year
7. Investments in Shares, Mutual funds, Crypto etc
a. Statement of PnL for realised gains
b. Holding statement as on 31.03.22 (at cost)
8. NSC and other saving plans made till date.
C. Business related
9. Books of Accounts (If maintained)
10. Copy of last prepared and current year Income tax computation and Balance sheet
11. Login Credentials
a. Income Tax
b. GST login credentials (if available)
c. TDS-TRACES (if available)
D. Other
12. Salary Slips, Form 16 (if employed)
13. Acquisition details of any Fixed Asset (Personal as well as Business)
a. Land and Building
b. Jewellery
c. Motor vehicle
d. Electronics etc.
14. Any Loan taken
a. Personal loan
b. House loan
c. Education Loan etc.
15. Details of any 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler purchased during the year and related vehicle loan (if any)
16. Details of any other assets purchased in own name during the year
17. Details of any other liabilities incurred during the year
a. Credit card
b. EMI Statement
18. Share of profits arising from partnership firm
19. Donation Receipts of any donation made
Any other relevant document.
