If a business is registered under the MSME Act, it can avail several benefits like cheaper bank loans, tax benefits and access to various schemes of the government.
Essential Documents required for MSME registration India:
a) Aadhar Card
In case of a proprietorship firm, the Aadhar number of the proprietor is to be entered in the Udyam Registration Form
In case of a Partnership firm, the Aadhar number of the managing partner is to be entered in the Form
In case of a HUF, the Aadhar number of the Karta is to be entered in the form.
In case of Company or LLP or Co-operative society or Society or Trust, the Aadhar number of the organisation or the authorised signatory is to be entered.
b) PAN card
c) GSTIN (GST Identification number), if the enterprise is required to be registered under the law.
d) Business Details
Name and type of enterprise (Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, Company, etc.)
Address of the business
Date of commencement
e) Bank Account Details
Bank account number and IFSC code of the enterprise
f) NIC Code
National Industry Classification (NIC) Code for the business activity
g) Investment and Turnover Details
Investment in plant and machinery or equipment
Annual turnover
