Documents required

1. Copy of MoA and Deed, together with Rules and regulations duly signed by the President and the Secretary with the Seal of the Society.


2. Treasury Challan – As per registration fees of government.


3. Copies of Resolution regarding registration of the Society and election of the Members of the executive body with the list of members present in the General Meeting.


4. Address proof: If Owned: Dag Number, Patta Number and proof of its ownership of the land should be furnished

If Rented: An affidavit from the house owner with proof of his ownership should be furnished.


5. Passport size photographs of the President and Secretary.


6. If the Organization (proposed to be registered as a society) has been undertaking any activities during the preceding twelve month from the date of its application for registration, it should attach a certificate in original from the Deputy Commissioner / Sub-divisional Officer of the concerned district / Sub-division of these activities.


7. Declaration from the President of the Secretary regarding the receipt of fund, If any from the Government or other agencies. There should be a categorical declaration in this respect.


8. A copy of the specimen signature of all executive members of the society (whose number shall not be less than seven) on a plain paper, signed in the presence of Deputy Commissioner/ Additional Deputy Commissioner / Sub Divisional Officer / Revenue Circle Officer of the concerned district / sub division / revenue circle, who will sign on that paper mentioning his/her name, date and designation as token of his having witnessed the same.


9. Valid E-mail ID and Mobile number to receive OTPs.

11. Last 3-year audited Financials (If Available)he Seal of the Society.





1. Duly filled Form No.1. having witness of Judicial Magistrate or a Charted Accountant. The nature of business should be stated in brief along with the names of the firm.


2. KYC of partners along with signature (should be given in full).


3. Certified copy of Registered Deed of Partnership.


4. Treasury Challan – As per registration fees of government.


5. Address proof: If Owned: Dag Number, Patta Number and proof of its ownership of the land should be furnished

If Rented: An affidavit from the house owner with proof of his ownership should be furnished.


6. Passport size photograph of all the partners.


7. Trade License copy


8. The Registration number with the Sales Tax Office (GST No) and Permanent Account Number (PAN)


9. Attested Photocopies of the up to -date Sales Tax clearance certificate and Income Tax clearance certificate should be enclosed.


10. Valid E-mail ID and Mobile number to receive OTPs.

12. Last 3-year audited Financials (If Available)

Application filed to Registrar of Firms and Society -> Examination of data received by them -> If Passed then Registration is issued, if not then query is raised to resolve, post resolved the certificate is issued.
